MSA measurement system analysis tool

The MSA measurement system analysis tool is introduced to make up for the single element confirmation process of measuring instrument calibration, and the accuracy of the measurement system is systematically analyzed from elements such as operators, measuring instruments and equipment, measurement methods, and measurement objects, so as to improve the reliability of measurement.

SPC (CPK) statistical technical tool

SPC (CPK) statistical analysis is carried out on the key dimensions of structural parts. It is required that CPK≥1.67 can be introduced into mass production, which ensures the stability of the product manufacturing process and improves the straight-through rate of product assembly.

IDS system
